“ Padma Eco-City” is another project started & linked to the successful journey of “ Pushpodhara Properties Ltd” in the year 2015. “ Padma Eco-City” is a project of 3500 acres of land & located on the Dhaka- Mawa Four-lane highway which is the most planned city in southern Dhaka.

  • An eco-friendly layout plan has been prepared based on the opinion of urban experts with the highest importance of planned urbanization & project layout planned as per Gov. rules.
  • Adequate space has been allocated for the development of civic infrastructure. Wonderful areas; playground & park for a living – good health and luxurious life. The project will consist of about 03 kilometers long curved lake and a walkway on both sides of the lake.
  • There are designated places for reputed schools, colleges and universities, hospitals, clinics, multi-dimensional shopping malls, markets, community centers, and world-class convention centers. There will be multiple mosques for each sector.
  • The project consists of a road network of 30 to 100 feet wide inland roads to make modern planned urbanization. It has a designated place for Water pumps, Suarez treatment plant & fire station. Enough space has been kept for Madrasa & Graveyard.
